Use of the app
Stack My Med helps iPhone users scan medication and supplement labels, organize a cabinet, schedule intake, track adherence, and review informational warnings and source context.
You are responsible for the information you provide, the products you add, and the decisions you make based on your health, medications, supplements, allergies, conditions, and clinician guidance.
Medical disclaimer
Stack My Med is not medical advice. The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent disease, prescribe medication, replace a clinician, or guarantee that a supplement or medication routine is safe for you.
AI-generated extraction, warnings, timing suggestions, and interaction information may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Always read the physical product label and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, combining, or changing medications or supplements.

Subscriptions and purchases
The free tier includes up to 5 successful product scans or active stack additions. Stack My Med Premium unlocks unlimited product scans, advanced analytics, and priority AI processing.
Premium is offered as one annual auto-renewable subscription at 49 EUR per year, or the equivalent App Store price tier shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods according to App Store rules.
Accounts and deletion
You may use Sign in with Apple or anonymous device-based access where available. You must not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app, or misuse AI, backend, or MCP access.
You can request account deletion from inside the app. Account deletion removes user-owned app data that Stack My Med is not legally required to retain. If you have an active Apple subscription, account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple billing; cancel it separately in Apple ID subscription settings.
